Contract types
Our Travelling IT Services are available on 4 types of contract.
Our contracts are design to give both you and us long term safety.
1) Running Contact
Our 3 to 12 month running contract continue to run uninterrupted until it is cancelled by either you or us with a 3 to 12 month notice period. Schedules will be agreed in the contract.
2) Fixed Time Contract
Our 3 month to 3 year Fixed Time Contract run for the time specified in the contract with no provision for extension. Schedules will be agreed in the contract.
3) Combined Contract
Our Combined Contract is a combination of contract type 1 and 2.
The contract first run for a fixed 3 month to 3 year as specified in the contract. If the contract isn't cancelled by either you or us within a notice period specified in the contract, the contract will at the end of the fixed time, continue as a Running Contract and run uninterrupted until it is cancelled by either you or us with a 3 to 12 month notice period as specified in the contract. Schedules will be agreed in the contract.
4) Ad hoc Contract
Our Ad hoc Contract is a special 12 month running contract where no working days have been booked. Ad hoc Contracts have the benefit of a 50% discount on the standard ad hoc price of 6000 Thai Bath per hour so the Ad hoc price with Ad hoc Contract is 3000 Bath / hour. The Ad hoc Contract can be used for work in any country where the is a normal security situation. The hour price does not include transportation and accommodation, which will be charged at cost. We use Thai Airways or Singapore Airlines and hotels bookable from SPG wherever possible. As there is no pre booking of time in this contract type, our availability at a desired time can not be guarantied.
Advantages of our contracts
Our contracts can provide you extra security for our IT service, something a normal employe contract often can not, as it is your country's labour laws that often count, not the contract with the employe. As long as you keep your part of the contract, our service are guarantied in the whole notice period, which can be anywhere from 3 month to 1 year on a Running Contract, and up to 3 years on a Fixed Time or Combined Contract.
The advantages of a Combined Contract over a Fixed Time Contract followed by a Running Contract is that we in the Combined Contract reserve the time for the following Running Contract. In a Fixed Time Contract we do not, and it can only be followed by a new Running Contract, if we have available time.
Minimum notification period is 3 month.
Contract Prepayment
To secure our contracts all contracts are prepaid for 160 hours equal to 20 working days of 8 hours unless the contract is for less than 160 hours, then the prepayment is for the hours agreed in the contract.
The Ad hoc Contract is always prepay for 160 working hours. There will always be this amount prepaid until the contract is cancelled or the remaining hours on the contract is less than 160 hours, then the prepaid hours is equal to the remaining contract hours.
When a contract is cancelled the remaining hours have to be used within a year, unless stated otherwise in the contract or agreed to at the cancelation time.
